Fresh king salmon topped with a light creamy seafood stuffing & baked.
Served over a bed of fresh sautéed spinach. A wonderful fish dish.

Breast of chicken lightly breaded and sautéed, filled with ricotta cheese,
prosciutto (Italian ham) and spinach, then baked with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Veal Parmagiana
Breaded veal cutlet sautéed then baked with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
