Choice of three entrées pre-selected by host
Fresh Salmon topped with a light, creamy seafood stuffing and baked. Served over a bed of fresh sautéed spinach. A wonderful fish dish.
Breast of Chicken lightly breaded and sautéed, filled with ricotta cheese, prosciutto and spinach, then baked with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Breaded veal cutlet sautéed then baked with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
